QuickSearch for IBM Connections Cloud - A Chrome Extension for Seamless Content Searching and Sharing
QuickSearch for IBM Connections Cloud is an extension that let you search and share content within IBM Connections Cloud.
If you want to connect to an on-premises IBM Connections instance (such as IBM Greenhouse), then use QuickSearch for IBM Connections.
You will not need to connect to the cloud to use it.
To use it, open the Chrome browser and install the extension, then you will see an icon in the navigation bar, next to your other other tabs.
To search within profiles, simply type in the user name and press Enter.
To search within Files, simply type in the file name, then click the "Find" button and choose the search mode (global or within files).
To see the activities stream updates in real time, choose the "Activity" tab.
To upload or share an URL, choose the URL and click the "Upload" button.
